Each week includes a 45-minute 1-on-1 call: a 15-minute check-in, then a 30-minute curriculum topic and action plan. Brent also reviews video of your footage each week, and you have a direct line to him between calls.
Impact Institute is a full-year program. Coaching works best as a consistent relationship over time, and the details of how the year is structured are covered on your intro call.

No. Impact Institute complements the team environment. Brent’s role is to support the athlete’s development and help them thrive within their program, never to override the team’s systems or coaching.

Every call ends with a clear action plan, and progress is reviewed regularly against the goals set at the start of the year. Athletes will experience an unparalleled level of support and guidance.
Coaching is between Brent and the athlete, which helps build trust and independence. Athletes are encouraged to share their goals and progress with their families, and parents are always welcome to reach out with questions about the program.
