Skills training for adults

9:00am - 6:00pm
Glenlyon Norfolk School - Sr. Campus
781 Richmond Ave, Victoria, BC

The Adult Skill Series is for athletes of all levels who want to advance their skills and knowledge to progress their game. Each session will zero in and teach specific skills, leaving you with an understanding of what key elements will help you achieve more consistent results. You will also have the opportunity to practice and receive feedback from experienced coaches.

After registration, you will be placed in either the early cohort or late cohort (see schedule below). The groups will be based on our approximation of your skill and experience levels, the position(s) you play, and will be relative to the rest of the participants. Volleyball is best played with athletes of a similar skill level and this is an effort to achieve somewhat homogeneous groups. Each session will aim to challenge you to progress your skills to the next level regardless of where you start.
